Admissions Process and Timeline





Required Application Materials

All Grades:

  • SBS Application TADS Online Application
  • Non-refundable application fee of $100
    • Please submit payment directly to office or send via mail
    • Checks can be made payable to “The School of the Blessed Sacrament”
    • Cash payments accepted at school office
  • Copy of Birth Certificate
  • Copy of Baptismal Certificate (if applicable)
  • Passport size photo of the child
  • Immunization record
  • Recent physical exam

Additional Materials Required for Grades 1-8

  • Most recent report card
  • Standardized test scores
  • Teacher recommendation (included in packet and on SBS website)
  • Current IEP or IESP (if applicable)
  • 504 Recommendation (if applicable)


Interview Process

  • Applicants will be contacted to schedule an interview within one week of application submission
  • Interviews will begin in February
    • Grades 1-8 interviews will include an entrance exam
  • Families will be notified regarding their child’s application status
