HUMANITIES

- HUMANITIES HISTORICAL DIARY WORK
What you’ll write about...
- What is happening in your life, your family, your town, city, or country?
- How you feel about it (scared, angry, excited, etc) and why?
- What are you going to do to cope with the good and the bad in your life?
- What do you want to become in that lifetime? How will history impact your choices?
- Include THREE historical events in any of your entries that took place during this time period.
- Write those entries in a way that would include these historical events.
- Make sure to date each entry with the day, month, and year of your choice.
What your diary will look like…
- Diary should be handwritten on neat lined paper of any kind
- Handwriting should be average sized. One page is one page like you would write in class. .
- Your best handwriting should be used for this project.
- You may make your handwriting look old fashioned if it is legible.
- Give your diary a front and back cover. Make the diary look old.
- Include two photos that would fit with your diary’s entries
(printed on paper, actual photos, most ideas work)
