Admissions Information and Timeline
Age Requirements for the 2025-2026 School Year (PreK 3, PreK 4, and Kindergarten)
- PreK 3- must turn 3 by December 31, 2025 (born in 2022 for 2025 entry) and FULLY toilet-trained (pull-ups not acceptable)
- PreK 4 - must turn 4 by December 31, 2025 (born in 2021 for 2025 entry) and FULLY toilet-trained (pull-ups not acceptable)
- Kindergarten - must turn 5 by December 31, 2025 (born in 2020 for 2025 entry)
Admissions Timeline:
- November 15, 2024 - Applications for the 2024-2025 school year open
- January 3, 2025 - Early Decision Application closes (all documents must be submitted)
- Week of January 13th - Admissions Assessments for Grades 1 - 8 will take place. Families will be able to sign up once days and times are finalized.
- Friday, January 17, 2025 - Admissions Assessments for Pre-K and Kindergarten Early Decision Applicants will take place. Families will be able to sign up once times are finalized.
- January 28th - Admissions Decisions will be sent via email for all Early Decision Applications
- Rolling Admissions will take place following the January 3rd early decision timeline. Once the application is completed and all supporting documentation has been received, we will schedule assessments on a rolling basis.
PreKindergarten and Kindergarten Applications
Required Application Materials:
- Non-refundable application fee of $100, please submit payment directly to the school office. Checks and money orders made payable to:

- Copy of Birth Certificate
- Copy of Baptismal Certificate (if applicable)
- Small photo of the child
- Immunization record
- Recent physical exam
- Kindergarten Teacher Recommendation (the form is available for download in the right-hand column)
- IESP or Educational Developmental Evaluation (if applicable)
In order to secure a seat for your child, families of accepted students must submit a completed enrollment contract, the registration fee of $500, and a tuition deposit of $1,000. All deposits and fees are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
Grades 1-8 Applications
