Admissions Information and Timeline
Age Requirements for the 2026-2027 School Year (PreK 3, PreK 4, and Kindergarten)
- PreK 3- must turn 3 by December 31, 2026 (born in 2023 for 2026 entry) and FULLY toilet-trained (pull-ups not acceptable)
- PreK 4 - must turn 4 by December 31, 2026 (born in 2022 for 2026 entry) and FULLY toilet-trained (pull-ups not acceptable)
- Kindergarten - must turn 5 by December 31, 2026 (born in 2021 for 2026 entry)
Early Decision Admissions Timeline:
- November 3rd, 2025 - Applications for the 2026-2027 school year is now open
- January 3rd, 2026 - Early Decision Application closes (all required documents must be submitted)
- Week of January 12th - Admissions Assessments for Grades 1 - 8 will take place. Families will be able to sign up once days and times are finalized.
- Friday, January 16, 2026 - Admissions Assessments for Pre-K and Kindergarten Early Decision Applicants will take place. Families will be able to sign up once times are finalized.
- Friday, January 30th - Early Decision decisions sent out
Rolling Admissions will take place following the January 3rd Early Decision timeline. Once the application is completed and all supporting documentation has been received, we will schedule assessments on a rolling basis.
Decision notifications for Rolling Admissions Applicants will be sent out no later than 2-3 weeks after the admissions process (including assessment) is complete.
PreKindergarten and Kindergarten Applications

Required Application Materials:

Non-refundable application fee of $100 charged through FACTS at the time of application

Copy of Baptismal Certificate (if applicable)

Small photo of the child

Immunization record

Recent physical exam (required DOH form available for download in the right-hand column)

*Kindergarten Teacher Recommendation (the form is available for download in the right-hand column) *not required for PreKindergarten

IESP or Educational Developmental Evaluation (if applicable)
The above will either be collected via FACTS at the time of application or will be requested after the application is submitted. The admissions office will be in contact if they are missing any documents or materials to complete the application.
In order to secure a seat for your child, families of accepted students must submit a completed enrollment contract, the registration fee of $500, and a tuition deposit of $1,000. All deposits and fees are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
