As we gather together to celebrate Thanksgiving Day tomorrow, we are reminded of the great blessings that have been given to us by God. Thank you for your continued support of our school and for entrusting your children to us on a daily basis. It is a joy to see them learn, grow and create lasting friendships each and every day.
During this season of giving, let us also keep all of those who go without in our daily prayers. We continue to be inspired by and are incredibly grateful for the generosity of the Blessed Sacrament community: our successful food drive, coat drive and SBS Secret Santa program benefitting the families of Forestdale show us that, indeed, our community does their very best in trying to bring the Kingdom of Heaven to Earth.
This coming Sunday, November 30th, the Church begins its new liturgical year with the season of Advent. As we prayerfully await and prepare ourselves for the coming of Christ at Christmas, let us continue to be beacons of hope, strength and positivity to one another.
Reminders that were previously shared and new ones are included below. This is a very long email and therefore may be clipped. Please be sure to read through to the end and click “View Entire Message” as needed at the end of this Newsletter to navigate to the Parent Involvement and Quick Links sections.
As always, please do not hesitate to reach out if you have any questions.

The SBS Parents Association would like to extend a very warm welcome to all new families for the 2025-2026 school year!
We have an incredible, one of a kind community here at SBS. What makes our school community so unique is the devotion and willingness of parents to donate their skills, talent, and time to enrich the lives of our students and wider community. The work of the PA embodies that spirit, as we join together to support extraordinary opportunities for our students, provide professional development and support for our faculty, and provide opportunities for our school community to come together. We are excited for you to get involved!
